What we collect

When you request a quote or book a clean we collect your name, phone number, email, address and postcode, property details, access information (such as key or alarm arrangements) and any notes you give us. We also keep records of bookings, payments and correspondence.

Why we use it

To reply to enquiries and provide quotes (steps before entering a contract).
To deliver and manage your cleans, and take payment (performance of a contract).
To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
To ask for feedback or reviews and improve our service (legitimate interests). You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the business — for example our email and booking systems, payment providers (such as Direct Debit and card processors), our accountant and insurer — and only as needed. Some providers may store data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Customer and financial records are kept for 6 years after our last transaction, as required for tax purposes. Key and alarm details are deleted as soon as you stop using our service.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict our use of it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
