Frequently asked
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No. We bring professional products and equipment. If you'd like us to use your own products or vacuum, just let us know.
Will I have the same cleaner each time?
Yes — for regular cleans we keep you with the same person wherever possible, so they learn how you like things done.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance, including cover for keys we hold. Certificates are available on request.
Do I need to be home?
Not at all. Many customers give us a key or a key-safe code. Keys are coded and never labelled with your address.
How do I pay?
Regular customers pay by Direct Debit after each clean. One-off, deep and end-of-tenancy cleans need a small deposit to book, with the balance paid on completion.
What if I need to cancel?
Just give us 48 hours' notice and there's no charge. Late cancellations may be charged — see our terms.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll come back and put it right, free of charge.
